bulletproof matcha latte
Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha (good quality matcha is key - Ippodo Tea is my fave!)
- 1 tbsp coconut or MCT oil (I use Bulletproof Brain Octane)
- 1 tbsp coconut butter (or ghee)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (I use Further Food marine collagen)
- I tsp Sun Potion Yin Powder (or Chaga, Reishi, Cordyceps, or any other medicinal mushroom that you'd like!)
- If you need it a little sweet, you can add 1 tsp monk fruit powder and top with cinnamon!
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup hot water
- Add the hot water to a blender with matcha, MCT oil, coconut butter, collagen, and mushrooms.
- Blend and enjoy!
bulletproof chili mushroom coffee
ingredients
- 1 cup fresh brewed coffee (I love Bulletproof or Foursigmatic instant coffee)
- 1 tsp Sunpotion cordyceps powder
- 1 tbsp Bulletproof brain octane oil (14x stronger than coconut oil) or MCT oil
- 1 tsp cacao butter (or coconut butter)
- 1 scoop marine collagen (or collagen peptides)
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 dash ceylon cinnamon
- 1 dash cocoa powder
instructions
- Boil hot water and make 1 cup of coffee
- Place the hot water in a blender or mixing bowl
- Blend or mix with remaining ingredients
- Pour the frothy coffee mixture into your favorite mug and enjoy!
Kale Ice Cubes
ingredients
- 1 c kale
- 2 cups filtered water
- liquid chlorophyll (optional)
- 2 ice trays
instructions
- Wash, de-stem and cut up kale
- Place pieces of kale in each cube in the ice trays
- Place 3-5 drops of chlorophyll in each cube
- Pour water over kale and place in freezer for at least an hour (until frozen)
- Whenever you pour yourself a glass of water, place a few kale ice cubes in your glass and enjoy extra greens! These are perfect for green smoothies as well!
Lemon Tumeric Water
ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2-3 slices of lemon
- 1 tsp organic tumeric powder
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinager
- 1 tbsp aloe vera juice
instructions
- Pour water in a glass with a lid
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake well and enjoy first thing in the morning!
celery juice
Celery juice is known to reduce inflammation in the body - Celery juice is also strongly alkaline and helps to prevent and counteract common ailments in such as acid reflux, muscle cramps, and bloating.

- 1 stalk celery
- nut bag & 1 cup filtered water (if you don't have a juicer)
Instructions
- Juice the celery using a juicer
- If you don't have a juicer, you can use a nut straining bag to strain the celery pulp after blending with 1 cup filtered water
- Simple and delicious! Drink immediately to experience the full benefits.
Optional: if you find the taste of straight celery juice too strong, you can add a cucumber &/or an apple to the juice, however this will slightly dilute its effectiveness. Or, if you prefer a more gentle juice you can make straight cucumber juice instead.
Adaptogen Golden Milk
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Further Food daily tumeric tonic
- 1 scoop Further Food collagen peptides
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
InstructionS
- Bring almond milk to a boil
- Mix with tumeric and collagen and pour into your favorite mug!
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
chlorophyll cucumber sparkling water
Ingredients
- 1 cup sparkling water (S.Pellegrino, Spindrift, and La Croix are my faves!)
- 10-20 drops liquid chlorophyll
- 1/2 c sliced cucumber
Instructions
- Pour water in glass
- Add cucumbers and chlorohyll
- Sit back, relax and enjoy!
