Energizing Green Smoothie
Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
- 1/3 c mango chunks
- 1/2 c ice
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Topping:
- 1 tsp local bee pollen
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
instructions
- Pour nut milk in bottom of blender, add ice and then remaining ingredients
- Blend in high speed blender
- Top with bee pollen, cacao nibs, pomegranate seeds, and coconut flakes
- Enjoy!

Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 1/3 c pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
- 1/3 c mango chunks

- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 c steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 c ice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
- 1 tbsp Green Vibrance greens powder
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp moringa
- 1 tsp barley grass juice powder
instructions
- Pour nut milk in bottom of blender, add ice and then remaining ingredients.
- Blend in high speed blender
- Enjoy!
Rainbow Smoothie
ingredients
- 1/4 c frozen pineapple
- 1/4 c frozen cantaloupe
- 1/4 c frozen celery
- 1/2 c frozen kale
- 1/4 c berries
- 1/4 c steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 c coconut
- 1/2 c almond milk or coconut water
instructions
- Pour liquid in the bottom
- Top with remaining ingredients
- Blend and enjoy!
berry + kiwi smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 c frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
- 1/3 c blackberries
- 1/3 c raspberries
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1/2 c ice
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
instructions
- Place kiwi slices inside container (for visual)
- Pour nut milk in bottom of blender, add ice and then remaining ingredients
- Blend in high speed blender
- Top with a few leftover berries
- Enjoy!
Oatmeal + chia + smoothie Stack
Ingredients
Green Smoothie:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 c ice
- 1 c almond (or coconut) milk
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1/2 c chia seeds
- 1/2 c gluten free oatmeal
Chocolate Smoothie:
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 c ice
- 1 c almond (or coconut) milk
- 1/3 c cooked then frozen butternut squash
- 1/2 c chia seeds
- 1/2 c gluten free oatmeal
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp cranberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
instructions
- Pour oatmeal in the bottom of both containers and mix with 1/3 c almond milk (until all of the almond milk has been absorbed by the oatmeal)
- Place in fridge until hardened
- Pour 1/2 c chia seeds and 1/2 c almond milk on top of oatmeal and stir
- Place in fridge until the chia seeds turn into a pudding consistency
- Blend smoothie ingredients - seperately and top over oatmeal
- Top off with toppings
- Enjoy!
